Hey! I’m Leisa Humphrey.

I grew up in North Carolina and moved to Northern Virginia, after studying art history in college, where I currently reside. I’ve also lived in London, UK and St. Petersburg, RU. I'm a true "city girl" at heart.

I originally worked in retail merchandising, using my creative and analytical skills to create beautiful displays. After having children, I was a Montessori teacher for 10 years, which I loved because I’m the queen of observation. That helped me refine my skills of observation and problem solving.

Then I worked in administrative positions for 6+ years, which allowed me to work with and supports CEOs and founders by acting as their right-hand person by taking things off their plate, so they could focus on revenue generating tasks and supporting their clients in a way that allowed them to feel heard and supported. In these roles, I learned to develop systems and processes to keep their worlds organized and calm.

I have always loved everything organization…..as in my lists have lists. If it can be categorized, I will do it. My brain seems to always be analyzing and collating everything in my life.

I’m an introvert and empath, which allows me to be methodical in my work and supportive of my clients and teams.

​

My interests include walking, biking, spirituality, natural medicine, regenerative agriculture, and (silently) proofreading everything that I read.
